Shipping and Return Policies
Your package will be shipped within 3 days of your order, unless otherwise noted on the product's page.
We ship using USPS. Flat Rate Shipping in the US Only!
TAXES
Orders shipping to the following states are subject to applicable sales tax: CA, CO, FL, MA, MI, NJ, NV, NY, OH, TN, and TX.
WARRANTY
45-DAY LIMITED WARRANTY
PoponPosy.com warrants its products against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 45 days. If you discover a defect, PoponPosy.com will, at its option, repair, replace, or refund the purchase price.
Items purchased online from this website must be returned directly to PoponPosy.com using the methods described below. Credits or charges due will be issued to the original credit card. Clearance items are final sale and therefore non returnable.

RETURN POLICY
Any PoponPosy.com product with a defect in craftsmanship or material will be replaced. All returns for online orders can be made within 30 days of shipment for exchange or refund (less shipping charges), no exceptions.

Returns (please allow 2-4 weeks for processing):
Must include a copy of the Return Form. (See below)
Must include copy of receipt (will be in your packaging)
If you send the original, it will not be returned.
Must be sent postage paid.
Must be in new, resalable condition in the original packaging with tags still attached.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen return packages, we strongly suggest you insure your return shipment.
